This conference will ask the question: "What do you expect from your Sunday School
ministry?" LifeWay Adult Ministry Specialist David Apple answers that question by sharing
the concept of making Sunday School the "secone step" in your church's disciple-making
process. Striking a balance between biblical community and biblical content, a Great
Expectations Sunday School will bridge the gap between the inflluence of small groups and
discipleship groups in your church.

The BIG GIVE: Sharing Jesus Through Your Sunday School"
Sunday School is designed to be the evangelistic arm of the Church. But too many have
become inward focused and content to "keep what we've got for ourselves." We must reclaim
the birthright of Sunday School and become evangelistic again. This conference will discuss
effective ways and resources to help your Sunday School and church use outreach to "give
big, so more can come home!"

High Expectations: Creating Community In Your Sunday School
This interactive conference will explore the dynamics of creating and continuing community in
your Sunday School class. Some of the principles we will discuss are 1)creating a positive
classroom environment, 2) greeting your guests, 3) effective assimilation practices, and many
others. You will leave the conference with a list of possible actions tailored to your unique
situation for possible implementation in your Sunday School class.
