The Annual Church Profile (ACP)
Thank you for your time and attention to completing your church’s Annual Church Profile. The information that you provide not only assists the Association but is also effective in helping observe trends within our state and nation.
The ACP Survey will be sent out by the MBC at the end of June with a desired completion date at the end of August. The deadline for the 2024 ACP has been set for Friday, August 30, 2024.
This survey provides several pieces of critical information:
- Affirmation that each congregation in our association is active.
- Updating the organization record – has the address, phone, email, or website changed?
- Gathering statistics for each year builds a statistical historical record for your church and allows our office to come alongside you more effectively.
- Updating church leaders’ contact information and updating church leadership on a minimum of an annual basis allows us to better communicate with and distribute resources to your church. (As a reminder, you are encouraged to make updates to your leadership profile as often as needed, especially when you have changes in pastor/secretary personnel or contact information.)

NOAH Database
The following link will take you to the NOAH Database, the data management system where you will enter your church’s data and information. You will be asked to log in using your username and password (which are provided by the Missouri Baptist Convention. Please remember that the provided passwords are case-sensitive.
